Mr. Sanjay Jain, Founder & Director

Mr. Sanjay Jain, the mastermind behind Build Sure, has over 30 years of rich experience in the construction industry. With a solid foundation in civil engineering from MBM Engg. College, Jodhpur, Mr. Jain has made significant strides in the field ever since.

After a short stint of partnering with other firms, where he gained hands-on experience, Mr. Jain co-founded Bhilwara-based Nirmaan Confab Pvt Ltd. His pivotal role as the firm's director exposed him to a broad spectrum of construction challenges and opportunities. The invaluable guidance and experience he received during this three-decade tenure helped sharpen his strategic acumen, industry knowledge, and leadership skills, eventually igniting his entrepreneurial spirit.

Coupling that with his desire to make a lasting impact and provide exceptional building solutions inspired Mr. Jain to launch Build Sure and take on independent construction projects. As the company's founder and director, he devises and implements both short- and long-term corporate strategies to sustain Build Sure's growth and relevance.

Mr. Jain effectively leads highly collaborative teams with public agencies, subcontractors, designers, and end-users for safe, economical, and seamless project completion. With Build Sure, he aims to use his long history in the industry to redefine construction standards.

Mr. Anirudh Jain, Director

Following in his father's footsteps, Mr. Anirudh Jain adds to Build Sure's value chain with his academic excellence and groundbreaking expertise. Having earned his M.Tech in Civil Engineering from the prestigious IIT Mumbai, Anirudh boasts a solid grasp of engineering principles.

After graduating, he got a headstart in his career with a 2-year stint at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a prominent construction conglomerate. Witnessing large-scale projects armed him with invaluable insights into project management & execution and industry best practices.

Eager to contribute to his family's legacy, Anirudh joined Build Sure during its early days. He uses his technical prowess and industry experience to monitor the company's day-to-day operations with precision and efficiency. His dedication to preserving Build Sure's high standards and core values (that it is known for) has been instrumental to the company's success story.
